# Bedroom 3 Doubles as a TV/game room, it has a pullout/sofa bed with a full mattress.
There is a bag next to the sofa with a full set of sheets, a comforter, and two pillows with fresh pillowcases on them
# Bedroom 4 – Is the quietest, it's a medium-sized room but we upgraded to a King bed (based on feedback), and because the room is narrow the right side of the bed is tight, with about a foot of room to walk around. If you are elderly or not very mobile this room is not for you.

Brush Creek. Just up the road from the rodeo grounds in Garden Valley. Half a mile to the sandy river beach for floating, rafting, kayaking, fishing and wading. We are just past the cute center town of Crouch, over the bridge and past the Rodeo Grounds.
We are on a private road, the cabin sits on 5 acres with lots of trees and great views, it also connects to another 87 acres of forest land that we have above the cabin. This upper property (called Upper Brush Creek) borders hundreds of miles of BLM and National Forest land, including the best access to the well-known Airline Trail. This trail is amazing and will take you all the way up to the lookout at Scott Mountain. The north border of the property is a 500-acre national elk reserve. There's no hunting, so animals are all around if you look for them. LOTS of trails for hiking galore. It really is amazing.
If you would like access to Upper Brush Creek, please text me at two zero eight, two eight three, seven two one six.
About a mile up the road you will find the Garden Valley Market (grocery store, pharmacy), coffee shop, wine shop, Two Rivers Grill (hamburgers, steaks, seafood, cocktails), and the famous old town saloon, The Dirty Shame (pizza, burgers, live music, dancing, patio). It is legal to drive your 4x4 around town. A few miles down the road you will find Terrace Lakes Golf Course, and the Starlight Theater for live plays. Check the rodeo schedule for dates, and float the lazy river from the church to the rodeo grounds. Visit the many native and man built hot springs around town and rent side by sides for more of an adventure. White water rafting is everywhere as is flyfishing. There is a large park with shelter, tables, basketball court, grassy area etc avail to use. We have seen weddings, birthdays and reunions take place there as well as concerts and craft venues. There is also a local library, gym and senior center.
✓Bedroom # 3 has a new, pull-out sofa bed, it's very comfy, and sleeps 2 kids or one adult
The kitchen is nice but not a chef's kitchen, not sure why the system is automatically naming it this.
