Who We Are

Your Hosts

We’re Paul and Bobbi.  We are both Idaho natives, and we spend as much time as we can on this 87-acre mountain in Garden Valley, Idaho.  The mountain is divided into two different properties, "Lower Brush Creek" is on 5 acres and includes a cozy cabin, barn, and private geodesic dome.  "Upper Brush Creek includes an entire mountain with a large geodesic dome on a granite rock cliff called St. Paul's Cathedral.   All of this borders a 500-acre elk reserve, and is incredibly private, peaceful, yet wild and full of beauty. We’re grateful to share it with our friends and family who appreciate nature, stillness, and a bit of adventure.

My family of 6 loved our stay at Paul’s place. The game room was a hit, and doubled as a room for my 4year old. Very comfortable beds, and great water pressure in both showers. Paul communicated better than any other host I’ve had and gave great local recommendations. We loved hanging out in Crouch. The trip was exactly what my family needed. This is a fabulous Garden Valley cabin. It has a warm cozy feel and excellent views over the entire valley. The cabin is very clean, well maintained, and stocked with everything you could need. A big plus was the ice maker and filtered water. We stayed in July, it was hot, and the water was amazing!! Paul even supplied a pack n' play and high chair for our infant. We would definitely stay here again. We felt so comfortable. The A/C works great and the beds are top-notch!

The Domestead was a true getaway in every sense! We watched the 250 Independence Day fireworks from the side of the mountain without battling crowds. Coffee from the deck in the morning. Star gazing, bird watching, and endless hiking. Airport trail meets up at the end of the property. All our needs were meticulously thought out. Privacy was obviously the goal and it hit. Me and hubby had a very special holiday weekend because we had an entire mountain to ourselves! Lots for our dogs to explore. Thank you Paul!

This is an incredible location and provided an absolutely unforgettable getaway for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. The views are exquisite and we loved watching the weather change as we sat at the fire pit outside or looked through the huge dome window.
